This looks like a handmade crystal cluster sculpture — really beautiful 💎✨

I see:

A blue crystal formation (likely resin or molded material) shaped like quartz points

Gold leaf or gold paint accents brushed onto the edges and crevices

Small rounded “stones” at the base to make it look natural

Pinecones in the background (nice earthy contrast 🌲)
